The staff, especially Natalie at the reception, were energetic, friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was compact but clean, bright, and quiet, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel's location was great, with several excellent and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the ability to darken the room and adjust the lighting to my liking. The minibar was well stocked and reasonably priced, although I didn't make use of it. The breakfast offered a good variety, with a cute restaurant for dining. The sauna was a nice addition, although I didn't have a chance to use it. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was situated in a great location in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance to all the main attractions and shopping streets which made it very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast selection was vast, and we enjoyed the baked goods and the fresh juice. Another great aspect was the pool and sauna facilities, a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The street noise was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. We also found that the room was not very well insulated, and there were drafty areas, making it slightly uncomfortable. despite the minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a city break in a central location.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were all so sweet and helpful, leaving us with only good impressions from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The breakfast experience was outstanding, with staff ensuring there was room for everyone and personally escorting guests to free tables. They even asked what hot drink we'd like and brought us our very own pot, making it feel so much more special. The room was spacious and though there was a bit of outside noise, it didn't disturb our sleep. The cleaning could have been better, but it didn't bother us because the kindness of the staff overshadowed any minor issues. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave and will definitely stay here again in the future.
